Urs Baldenweg is a Swiss patent attorney and holds a degree in physics from ETH Zurich. He also successfully completed the Executive MBA at the ZHW (now ZHAW, Zurich University of Applied Sciences).

Urs Baldenweg has been working as a patent and trademark attorney for over 20 years; he has been with Frei Patent Attorneys since 2023. He represents our clients in all legal matters relating to patents, trademarks and designs before the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI) and advises and assists them in grant, opposition and appeal proceedings as well as licensing matters in German, English and French.
