We are an established mid-sized patent law firm based in Zurich. Our goal is to provide you with a comprehensive service tailored to your specific needs for protecting your products and innovations through patents, trademarks, or designs. We do not regard intellectual property rights as ends in themselves, but rather as instruments intended to create tangible added value for you in the marketplace.
We offer worldwide protection from a single source. We represent you directly before the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property, the German Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office, and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). For proceedings before other offices, we rely on a proven international network of locally admitted representatives – while always remaining your central point of contact.

NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL EXPERTISE

We maintain long-standing relationships with patent attorneys and lawyers both in Switzerland and abroad. Our clients include nationally and internationally operating SMEs, larger companies, and individual inventors. We also represent foreign companies in Switzerland and before the European Patent Office.

OUR SERVICES

We advise you on all matters relating to intellectual property law – in particular patents, product and service trademarks, designs, and copyright aspects of software. In addition, we support you in licensing matters and other issues concerning the protection of intellectual property.

We prepare the relevant IP applications and guide them through to grant or registration. In litigation matters, we advise you and recommend experienced attorneys from our network with whom we work closely on a regular basis.

Furthermore, we are part of the Swiss IP advisory network supporting SMEs and are actively involved as startup coaches within the framework of Innosuisse.
